Controversial or Iconic?
Destigmatizing menstruation, one tampon flyer at a time.
Enchanted by her not-giving-a-fuckery, and terrified of having to live up to her iconic status, I adventured to choose the fabulous Vivienne Westwood.
In an attempt to capture the style, values, and essence of her firm, I took a more provocative approach and decided to use a "scandalous" topic in our society: menstruation. So, I made everyone invited to the fashion show have to hold and use a tampon to attend it. Period. (pun very much intended)
